Southwest Iowa Farmer Says Moisture Levels Are Adequate For Field Work
While many regions across the Midwest are reporting dry conditions heading into spring field work, farmers at southwest Iowa are reporting sufficient levels of moisture to start spring planting. Ray Gasser of Corning, Iowa, says his tiles have had water running for a few months.
